Cipriani Waterfall

Located deep in the Madamas forest, this is the spot where Trinidad’s first aviator crashed and dies on his maiden voyage from Tobago.  You will start with a five mile walk to the end of Madamas Road, walk about two miles in to the forest and up the Madamas River and then branch off to follow a two mile trail straight up through pristine forests to reach this 3-step waterfall. This is by far one of our most challenging hikes but it is full of amazing history and the chance to see our endemic Piping Guan bird in its natural habitat.  For those interested we can organize an over-night camp so you can enjoy a night in the forest before returning back to Brasso Seco.
